Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery on all orders, all of the time! 

All orders received by 4pm on Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number and we’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery Options

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders, all of the time! 

Standard Delivery FREE (we use Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all standard orders) delivery is within 2-4 business days* from the day you submit your order. Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

Express Delivery £6.95 (using Royal Mail Tracked 24) delivery is within 1-2 business days* from the day you submit your order. Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of Tracked 24 shipments next working day after postage. Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

Next Day Delivery £12.95 (using Royal Mail Special Delivery) delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next working day by 1pm (for orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed Saturday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday). Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

*We always aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer.

Returns Information

We hope that you will love every item you have ordered, but we know that sometimes you'll want to return an item if it's not quite right.
We offer a Tracked Returns service via Royal Mail so you can easily return any item(s) you wish to send back.

RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) IN A FEW EASY STEPS

Step One: Check our Returns Criteria

Our Returns Criteria:

We will refund any unworn item(s) returned to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receiving your original order.

All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour please place a new order.

If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival please contact our customer service team on hello@lakelandactive.co.uk before returning your product.

Step Two: Packaging your return item(s)

Please package up any item(s) you wish to return, making sure they are well wrapped so they are not damaged in the post. 

Items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging.

Step Three: Generate a Returns Label

If your item is eligible for return you can easily post it back using our Tracked Returns service via Royal Mail. Simply generate a Returns Label by clicking on the link below:

Please note: we do not cover the cost of return postage. By using our Returns Label service you are confirming that you understand and accept that £3.95 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Multiple items: If you are returning more than one item in your parcel you only need to generate one Returns Label.

Step Four: Post your item(s) back to us

The majority of parcels posted via Royal Mail Tracked Returns are returned to us within 2 working days. We aim to issue all refunds promptly, but please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your return. 

Returned item(s) are your responsibility until they are received by us. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post. 

Please note: If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any return custom charges incurred and we will deduct any such charges from the refund.

What if my item is faulty?

If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival please contact our customer service team before returning your product.

Please email us on hello@lakelandactive.co.uk providing the details below and our customer service team will respond to resolve this for you.

- Your order number

- An image identifying the fault

- A written description of the fault

What if I don't want to use your Returns Label Service?

We recommend using our easy-to-use Returns Label service as it is the fastest and most efficient way for us to process your returned item(s).

This is a tracked service operated by Royal Mail and you will be provided with a receipt and unique tracking code.
